Bootcamp - Putting Mom's First.
Putting Moms First Bootcamp!Are you feeling like you have no energy? Do you feel like you don't fit into your pre-natal clothes? Do you feel like your self confidence low and need motivation? If this is you these bootcamp classes are for you. You will get to enjoy the outdoors and get to gain more energy and self confidence. As well losing weight to fit into your pre-natal clothes. The class will include strength training and cardio combination for moms. Modification offer for all levels.
Limited space for this 7 week programDates: Starts June 10 Monday, and June 12 for Wednesday
When: Mondays at 6:30 PM (July 1st Make up for this class will be Tuesday July 2) or Wednesday at 6:30 PM
Where: Mackenzie Glen District Park - 220 Cranston Park Ave, Maple, ON
For missed policy I will let you retake a class within the session but must be taken before the end of 7 week session. If you have any questions please email me about missed class policy. All you need is a mat , 2 either- 3 Lbs dumbbell or 5 Lbs dumbbell and water bottle.

When I first contacted Joy, I was sceptical and unsure if she would be the right fit to whip my daughter into shape. That didn’t last long. Joy came to our home, introduced herself to us and explained the “plan” on getting our daughter from the couch to being physically fit. Joy worked with our daughter three days a week for about two months and now comes once a week. Joy has taught our daughter how to exercise properly, the importance of food, nutrition, and water.
