BOOTCAMP
The Bootcamp Canada program is for adults, teens and youth to get a calorie burning cardiovascular & resistance workout that is fun. The program is delivered in circuit format which allows for 15, 20, 30 and 45 minute program options to suit your needs.The circuit incorporates: cardio and resistance partner drills, free body circuits that allow each participant to set their own pace and throw in some basic punch and kick drills for the ultimate bootcamp experience.
It is an awesome way to build, cardio, strength, agility, coordination, stamina and enhance mental focus!
