Hydration is so important because your body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue, and organ in your body needs water to work properly.
Our body needs water to eliminate toxic substances, produce digestive enzymes, maintain healthy skin, hair and organs, and to help your body absorb essential vitamins, minerals and natural sugars.
Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day is ideal but if exercise could add more.
